Summary: The diplomat Dr. Vladimir Židovec represented the Independent Croatian State in Sofia between 1941 and 1943. During this period, he developed a remarkable professional activity. Along with his detailed and complete reports on the political situation in the European Southeast, Židovec also developed a serious analytical activity, compiling a substantial list of biographies of the Bulgarian state and social elite. This list contains over a thousand people, among them the most prominent political and social figures of the Bulgarian generation of the time, all of whom are given characteristics in terms of their political or social importance. The descriptions provide valuable testimonies about the persons who wrote the history of the then Bulgaria. This text presents the characteristics of Tsar Boris and his closest associates: Prince Cyril, Princess Evdokia, Lyubomir Lulchev and Yordan Sevov.
